The fifth edition of NetEye User Group took place last thursday. The event was dedicated to all Italian NetEye, Real User Experience and EriZone users. The event, with the aim of experience exchanging on specific application areas, proved to become an important meeting occasion for the users.
The NetEye User Group 2014 was held at the headquarter of CAME Group at Treviso, where president and founder, Paolo Menuzzo opened the event with some personal words.
Afterwards Massimiliano Tesser, CIO of CAME Group, gave us an overview of the group’s organization and IT.
Also the CIO knows about the huge potentials of this type of event “With pleasure and pride we took the decision to host the 2014 edition of the user group. The in-depth technical issues on the one hand and the development and integration of service management solutions on the other, are important topics for our group. In our view, the user group is definitely the best tool for the development and improvement of IT services, especially when enriched with the valuable experiences of actual users.”
Moreover, two very appreciated customers, the University of Udine and Iren LTD, described how the Würth Phoenix solutions where implemented into their companies.
Fabrizio Corda from Iren LTD described the great success of the EriZone within his company “Nine months after implementing EriZone we’ve already handled 21,000 requests. We where able to significantly increase services provided by our service desk. The elevated degree of satisfaction led to immediate requests from other business areas to also manage their processes through EriZone”
Claudio Castellano from the University of Udine emphasized “ It is important to participate on such events to know more about specific use cases of the solutions Würth Phoenix provides to diversified business areas reaching from public administration to manufacturing.”
Certainly, a part of the event was also dedicated to news on EriZone 3 and current developments on NetEye.
In short, the event was very pleasant and helpful for us – especially the valuable suggestions developed during the workshop.
