Here you find the list of the most important features that you will find in Jira:

Emails you can see & send emails from within Jira. The conversation will be saved in Jira.

Microsoft Teams start a conversation right in your Jira issue. You can select a channel or start a chat. The conversation will be saved in Jira. Team members not having access to Jira, can still join the conversation in MS Teams.

Schedule meetings with your team from Jira

Outlook calendars you can add a configurable calendar to display Outlook and Jira events in Jira projects
