…also this year, Würth Phoenix & Gravitate organized the annual Usergroup DACH 2023 in Nuremberg.
The Usergroup is not only a chance to inform our customers about new products and releases, but also an occasion to meet and exchange feedback and ideas. This year’s NetEye Usergroup took place in Nuremberg in the Romantik Hotel Rottner, a 300-year-old Gasthaus immersed in nature.
The day started with a welcome from our Claus Huber, CEO at Gravitate, and from Georg Kostner, Business Unit Manager at Würth Phoenix and the mind behind NetEye.
We then moved to our first keynote speaker, Christhof Holz, to introduce the day and we then started with all the presentations.
Georg Kostner presented all the news around the NetEye ecosystem, focusing on observability.
We then had Gerfried Schweiger from Salzburg Ag, who brought his experience with NetEye.
The day continued with Polina Marishicheva & Anna Kostrzewska from Teclib, Europe’s GLPI distributor. They talked about all the news around the GLPI’s world, being an important part of our monitoring solution.
Reiner Winter from N-Ergie presented the future strategy of the company related to Cyber Security.
The morning concluded with Thomas Edelmann from Agilimo, who addressed the topic of SIEM in the Security Operation Center.
Wirk Römmelt from XM Cyber introduced the afternoon session with a presentation on cyber security. Check it out!
Reinhold Trockner, technical consultant at Würth Phoenix talked about NetEye SIEM and Elastic.
The day finished with Tobias Goller, also from Würth Phoenix, who introduced ntopng and concluded with a live demo.
The day finished with a feedback session. This is an important part of the Usergroup, since it’s our chance to see what our customers think about our services and identify what we can improve.
These were some of the answers of what customers appreciate about us…. (we are quite proud now!)
After the feedback session (…and a deserved aperitif) we all visited the Faber-Castell Castle, also known as the leader in producing colored pencils.
Thanks to all participants for making this event great & to our sponsors Agilimo & Teclib.
See you next year!
