Preview EriZone 3.6: Miglioramenti del Budget Management
L’ultima versione EriZone 3.6.0 comprende notevoli miglioramenti anche per il modulo di Budget Management.
Infatti, sono stati introdotti i cosiddetti budget-template: ora è possibile salvare budget esistenti come modelli per poterli riutilizzare. La creazione di questi template permette di facilitare e velocizzare la creazione di nuovi budget attraverso l’inserimento delle informazioni in una struttura predefinita.

Un’altra funzionalità sicuramente interessante per voi utenti consiste nel budget-splitting: Quando viene creato un budget item è ora possibile specificare a chi appartiene e a quale determinata area dell’organizzazione (coda/queue) deve essere assegnato. Con lo “split/divisione” del budget, per ogni elemento verrà creato un nuovo ticket “child/figlio”, il quale sarà direttamente assegnato alla coda e all’agente specificato.

Una volta che il budget è stato diviso, ogni elemento può essere gestito dal relativo budget owner. I diritti sul ticket “child/figlio” sono collegati al ruolo degli agenti, ma solo il budget owner può modificare i valori degli elementi.
