The day ended with the workshop in which participants were divided into different groups and were asked to define new areas for improvement for EriZone and NetEye. Phase that demonstrated how essential is to listen to the voice of users and get crucial information to align our solutions with their real needs.
Traditional IT management is revolutionized by the latest technological innovations: today an IT System & Service Management solution should provide control metrics for IoT, cloud services and manage in a centralized way the archived big data. NetEye meets these needs by providing new control metrics on the infrastructure, applications, end-user experience as well as by storing and displaying analytical data on Cloud Services and IoT. In the area of Service Management with EriZone, however, the market requires the adoption of a continuous improvement model to ensure optimum levels of customer service and to be competitive at the enterprise level thanks to a structured service management.
Let me conclude, by taking the opportunity to thank all the participants and the speakers who provided their valuable contribution in this day.
