L’aggiornamento è disponibile solo per la versione WÜRTHPHOENIX EriZone 3.0.x
Maggiori correzioni:
La ricerca della categoria generava un errore di sistema
La funzione di Split non assegnava il corretto cliente nel ticket figlio scegliendo l’opzione “Mantieni cliente originario”
La dashlet dei problemi di NetEye utilizzava errati link per la navigazione tra i due sistemi
Il campo coda doveva essere pubblicato dopo i campi Servizi e Categorie.
All’atto dello Split deve essere possibile scegliere se i ticket figli debbano essere creati con lo stesso Agente o meno
Varie correzioni al pacchetto di sviluppo
Prima dell’aggiornamento del sistema è necessario eseguire un Backup dello stesso.
Si consiglia inoltre di eseguire l’aggiornamento in assenza di utenti collegati per un buon esito dell’operazione.
L’aggiornamento è attuabile esclusivamente attraverso interfaccia grafica dal modulo di Package Manager:
1. Accedere con credenziali amministrative
2. Aprire il modulo di Package Manager dal pannello di amministrazione 3. Nel pannello di sinistra richiedere un aggiornamento dei pacchetti disponibili selezionando nel menu a tendina “EriZone 3.0 packages” e cliccando sul pulsante “Update repository information”
4. Se l’operazione si conclude correttamente la tabella in centro alla pagina mostrerà la lista di pacchetti disponibili per l’aggiornamento:
5. L’ aggiornamento dei pacchetti va eseguito RIGIDAMENTE con la seguente sequenza (cliccando le voci elencate nella colonna ACTION)
