Valutazione del grado di soddisfazione con le faccine in EriZone
Avete mai utilizzato gli emoticons per esprimere il vostro stato d’animo? Ebbene, in molti paesi del globo così come in Italia esiste la possibilità di fornire il proprio indice di gradimento attraverso degli emoticons per valutare i vari servizi offerti dalla pubblica amministrazione. Una procedura semplice ed immediata, che consiste nel dare un voto attraverso tre faccine: una sorridente, l’altra indifferente e l’ultima delusa.
Anche EriZone abbraccia questa iniziativa implementando sui singoli ticket la possibilità di fornire un giudizio attraverso le tre faccine. Aziende della pubblica amministrazione hanno richiesto questa funzionalità proprio per valutare il servizio erogato ai cittadini ed identificare eventuali aree di miglioramento.
Questi dati vengono raccolti dal sistema e aggregati, in modo tale da poter avere una lista completa dei casi risolti positivamente, in modo sufficientemente soddisfacente o addirittura negativamente. Con queste informazioni è quindi possibile creare delle statistiche, identificando le varie aree che necessitano maggior intervento da parte dell’organizzazione per alzare l’indice di gradimento degli utenti.
Grazie a questo metodo veloce e facile è possibile avere dati concreti per misurare la soddisfazione dei propri utenti e definire nuove strategie per un continuo miglioramento dei servizi offerti (continual service improvement).
