Would you like to understand the potential of the ITIL processes implemented with EriZone/OTRS ? Or do you want to deepen your knowledge in the End User Experience monitoring? Or are you curious to know what will be the future development of Nagios as an open project ?
On April 11th, at the Würth Phoenix Training Center in Bolzano, there will be a full day of workshops dedicated to these issues. The four workshops, organized after our Open Source System Management Conference, will offer the opportunity to share your experience with other users in the field of System and Service Management. During the intensive courses you can improve your skills in the end user experience, in the ITIL processes with EriZone/OTRS , in the new project Naemon based on Nagios or in SNMP.
